Change of Accounting Agents
We are in the process of changing our accounting agents from CAMS to CAS (The company that runs the St. James POA Books). We expect that the transition will be completed by July 31st. You will be getting a further notice about this in the near future.
You may have seen in the Newspapers, TV or the POA communications, about an alleged embezzlement from the St. James POA by an ex-employee of CAMS. We are not aware of any irregularities affecting the Marina Books.
Cruising
In response to a number of enquiries, we have set up a new web page on Cruising. This site can be accessed after Login and is now the third menu item on the secondary menu.(St. James Cruising) From this site, you can post messages through a Blog environment.
The MOA is not sponsoring these cruises, but merely providing an avenue for Owners to be informed.
Some of the pages on this site are secured for Members only. If you are not yet a Member, you can access the site by signing up and if your status as a Slip Owner or Renter is verified, you will be granted access to the secured areas.
